Overview

      With the in-depth use of SolarEngine, the number of dashboards and reports will continue to grow. In response, we provide a tenant-based global Dashboard & Report List for better asset management.

Dashboard List

      The dashboard list displays all dashboards created under the tenant's products.

1. Above the list, you can filter and search dashboards by its name, creation date, associated product, and creator.
2. Clicking a dashboard name in the list navigates to its details page. The same row also displays its associated product, creator, and creation time.
3. By "Operation", you can transfer ownership or delete individual dashboard.
4. By selecting multiple dashboards using the checkbox at the beginning of each row, you can perform bulk transfer or bulk deletion.

Report List

      Navigate to the Reports tab to access the report list.

1. Above the list, you can filter and search reports by its name, creation date, associated product, creator and report type.
2. Clicking a report name in the list navigates to its details page. The same row also displays its associated product, app, report type, creator, and creation time.
3. By "Operation", you can transfer ownership or delete individual report.
4. By selecting multiple reports using the checkbox at the beginning of each row, you can perform bulk transfer or bulk deletion.

Transfer Ownership

      In actual use, dashboards or reports might need to be transferred to a new owner due to staff turnover or changes in responsibilities. This is when asset transfer operations are required.

      You can initiate an asset transfer via the Transfer Ownership tab in the "Operation" column, or start Batch Transfer after checking multiple dashboards or reports from the list. Then specify a new asset owner in the pop-up window.

      After the transfer, the recipient will become the creator and can edit and manage the asset, but other settings of the dashboards and reports will remain unchanged.

Permission Explanation

Operation Permissions: Super Admin, Group Admin, Regular Sub-account with assigned permissions.
