When you are using SolarEngine Analysis, some commonly used metrics may have fixed meaning. In order to ensure data consistency and avoid variations resulting from manual configurations of indicator conditions, you can directly save the most common indicators and quote them directly next time.

Save Indicator

       Entry: Analysis - Event Analysis - Event Indicators

• Both single metric and composite metric can be saved.
• When saving indicator, you need to define its visible scope.
• Product Indicator means it can only be referenced by this product
• Group Indicator means it can be referenced across products under the same tenant
• Indicator identifier must be unique, otherwise it cannot be saved.

Indicator Management

       You can view and manage all the saved indicators in Indicator Management.

       Clicking any indicator identifier will open a popup window that shows indicator details, including its conditions.

       Indicators can be deleted, but for indicators already referenced in analysis reports, deletion might lead to abnormal calculations. Hence, please delete with caution.

       Account Owner/Super Admin can delete all indicators. Other users can only delete indicators created by their own.

The Application of Indicators

In Event Analysis -> Event Selector, you can select metrics already saved. A simple click will help you add the metric as the indicator for analysis.

You can also add additional filtering conditions for the selected indicator.

Click the "Pin" mark to add the metric into your collection, which will be displayed on the top of metric dropdown for your convenience.
