Users Analysis

Based on SolarEngine User ID mapping logic, our server will generate a User ID system independent from Visitor ID and Account ID. Developers can add, modify, and clear user properties through the specific data reporting method.

User Analysis can be used to answer the following questions:

  • How many new users are acquired within a specific time period?
  • How many users have registered within my app?
  • What is the total payment amount in May and June respectively?

1. Select User Entity

Use either user ID or device ID as the analysis entity. Each user ID represents a real person interacting with the app, while each device ID represents an independent device.

2. Select User Property

To calculate the total number of users, simply select the preset metric "Number of User".

To calculate metrics related to a specific user property, please refer to the table below for statistical methods available.

Data TypeStatistical Method
Property (Numerical)Sum, Maximum, Minimum, Average, Deduplication
Property (Boolean)True, False, Null, Deduplication
Property (List/Sequence)List Deduplication, Gather Deduplication,Element Deduplication
